I left Miratech once; however, I decided to return because I understood that it was one of few companies, which could successfully join things that were very important for me, such as excellent skills of employees, a good set of processes, possibility of professional growth and wonderful relationships inside the Miratech team. That was exactly what I missed outside Miratech.

There were three main reasons why I came back to Miratech.

The first one was that Miratech was well-known to me because I already used to work there for one year. I was aware of good and bad sides of the company.

The second reason was an interesting work from professional side of view offered by Miratech.

The fact that Miratech is a company with known name, strong position at market, and good staffing was the third reason why I selected it again.
